Mark Fencil Owner
Originally from Brewerton, NYMark began working as an installer with D&D Seamless Gutters when he moved to Sarasota in 2004 and shortly after was given the opportunity to take over the business in its entirety; building the company from 1 truck and 2 installers to 5 trucks with 11 crew members.
Mark has gone through every aspect of the business on his own; from providing the estimates, doing the installations to doing the bookkeeping.
As the business has grown, the majority of his days are now spent meeting with customers to provide estimates and going through the installation process; leaving no question unanswered. He also works closely with a number of contractors and home builders.
Mark has built D&D Seamless Gutters into one of the most recognized companies in the area with an impeccable reputation for quality and service.
Beverly Fencil Controller
Beverly also moved to the area with Mark in 2004 and spent most of her time as an insurance adjuster.
Deciding it was time to change gears to help the business, she began working for Mark in 2011. Beverly takes care of the office administration, answering the phones, scheduling estimates and installations, bookkeeping and material ordering
Currently D&D Seamless Gutters has 5 gutter installation crews consisting of a crew lead and an installation helper. All employees are valued members of our team and each bring a quality that sets them apart. We consider all of them a part of our family.
Crew Leads:
Daniel: Daniel has been with our company since 2005. He takes great pride in his work and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Jake: Jake came to us in 2012. He came to us with many years of experience installing gutters in Colorado prior to joining our growing team. He brought us his outgoing and energetic personality.
Craig: Craig came onboard in 2013. He worked alongside Jake prior to taking on the role of a crew lead in 2015. His hard work and dedication has proven to be a great asset to our team.
Junior: Junior joined us on Nov 2015 with his father “Sr”. They work on most of our long term projects, soffit and fascia. Having a father/son team has been great for our company!
